Why should we have to get water from off the floor, when we not 3 minutes ago recieved our order from within the establishment and requested it when ordering? We've noticed that the attitudes of the front employees are different, if not to say rude, when we come. Wow! The whole purpose was to have it in a plastic cup, ice and a top. Went back and communicated with the young lady at the podium that the water was missing ans she said 'you can get some on the floor'. What is going on at this place? TODAY Recieved our food to-go and the waitress forgot the water asked for. I ENDED UP EATING A PBJ SANDWHICH.this after traveling 46 miles and ready to eat dinner.
