There was dirty towels left in the shower and all corners had dust and mold build up.
I went to Harrahs for a 1 night stay to maintain my Diamond elite status and requested a non smoking room but the hotel said all that was available was a smoking room, The hotel room smelled so strong of cigar smoke that a can of Lysol did not help.
